Wristband colours will indicate if you are entitled to camp or not so please make sure you book the correct tickets. The earlier you buy your tickets, the cheaper they are.
Each section has a limited number of tickets and when they’re gone, they’re gone so please book early!
There are camping and non-camping options for adults, families, competitors and stakeholders.
Nobody under the age 18 will be allowed on site without an adult of 18 or over.
Children under 10 years old need to be accompanied on site always.
The Family Campsite is a dedicated area for families with children 16 or under at the festival to camp out. The site features dedicated toilets, showers and washing up facilities.
Those with the Family Camping ticket will have access to the dedicated Family Car Park, located close to the Family Campsite to minimise your journey from car to camp.
No single or groups of adults will be permitted in the Family Campsite unless accompanied by children 16 or under.
Groups of friends and other family members who arrive without children should camp in the regular campsite. Those teenagers wanting to camp in the family campsite must camp with their family.
Stuff you need to know:
Dogs are welcome to camp, as well as attend the festival, they must always be on a lead and strictly all fouling to be collected and disposed of.
Access for the disabled – there is a blue badge car park and disable toilets, for camping please ensure that we are aware of your disability.
No campfires permitted on site.
Hook ups available for caravans/campervans and a chemical waste disposal.
Limited intermittent Wi-Fi
Children 0 – 3 years do not need a ticket. Children 4 – 15 years need a Child Ticket to attend. 16 years need an adult ticket.
Under 10s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over AT ALL TIMES.
16 and over must have a standard Adult Ticket. All under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is over 18 years old and this adult must remain on site throughout the festival. Those wishing to stay in the Family Campsite must have children 16 years or younger in the group.
Age restrictions apply. Proof of age/ID may be required.
Refunds and comments
There are no refunds other than for cancellation or significant alteration of the festival. Any complaints or compliments should be sent in writing to Davina Carey-Evans, Managing Director, Sbarc Ltd, 9 Chestnut Court, Parc Menai, Bangor, Gwynedd, LL57 4FH
There is also a facility onsite for leaving complaints or compliments using feedback forms onsite at the main reception in the Horizon Pavilion.
There is no refund or exchange available – the event will go ahead regardless of rain etc. Please pack for all weather conditions.
Looking after your wristband
Everyone on site must wear a wristband. If yours is damaged or lost you may not be able to enter the festival site and/or may be required to leave the site.
